Job summary

Cura Care Connect Staffing Overnight Caregiver position available to support clients in the DFW area during nighttime hours. The role focuses on personal care, safety monitoring, and comfort throughout the night in accordance with Texas care standards.

We welcome new caregivers and walk-ins who are ready to begin their careers in healthcare, with a focus on compassionate, reliable service. Training and supervision support are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas caregiver certification or documented caregiving experience.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, transfer and support clients safely.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Experience in residential, long-term care or home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor client safety and respond to nighttime needs.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes to RN/Clinical Manager.
• Document care activities and maintain agency protocols.
• Support a calm, safe and respectful environment for all clients.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal caregiving regulations.

POSITION: Overnight Caregiver

Reports To: Clinical Manager / RN Supervisor

SERVICE AREAS: DFW

Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties.

Position Summary

The Overnight Caregiver provides essential nighttime support and supervision to clients in their homes and in facility settings. In this role, you will assist with personal care, monitor client safety, and ensure comfort throughout the night in accordance with agency policies and Texas care standards.

We welcome new caregivers and walk‑ins who are ready to begin their careers in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor client safety and respond promptly to nighttime needs.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the RN/Clinical Manager.
• Document care activities accurately and maintain compliance with agency protocols.
• Support a calm, safe, and respectful environment for all clients.
• Maintain full compliance with state and federal caregiving regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas caregiver certification (if applicable) or documented experience in caregiving.
• Valid CPR/BLS Certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Understanding of personal care standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements across residential care, long‑term care, and home health settings.
