Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Chattanooga is seeking a Personal Care Professional to provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes. You will support independence and quality of life, with overnight shifts and weekend availability.

We offer competitive pay of $14–$16 per hour, direct deposit after 90 days, paid orientation and ongoing training, and overtime pay. Flexible schedules and full-time benefits like medical, vision, and dental are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Availability for overnight shifts including weekend shifts.
• Willing to work throughout Chattanooga and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and social interaction
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Running errands, including grocery shopping
