Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate Overnight Care Professionals to support aging adults in Marion, IN. This role offers overnight hours (9:00 PM–5:00 AM) with competitive pay of $14.25–$17.25 per hour, paid training, and flexible scheduling.

You’ll provide personal care, companionship, safety checks, CPAP support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, breakfast prep, and accurate shift notes to keep clients comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Availability to work overnight shifts (9:00 PM–5:00 AM) in Marion, IN.
• Ability to remain awake, alert and attentive throughout the night.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds and perform caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care, safety, and companionship in the client's home.
• Overnight safety checks and monitoring, observe for changes in condition.
• CPAP equipment checks and reporting concerns.
• Medication reminders for evening and morning doses.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast preparation.
• Record care activities and complete shift notes.
