Job summary

The Evergreen Center is seeking an Overnight Asleep Staff to join our Adult Residential Supports Division in Massachusetts. This role supports the Overnight Awake Staff to maintain health and safety for residents during the 11pm–9am shift.

Sleep is permitted in a designated area from 11:30pm to 6:00am. Benefits include a $2,000 sign-on bonus, medical & dental, retirement plan with employer contributions, a flexible spending plan, life/AD&D, voluntary benefits, paid holidays, and leave benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Experience relevant to individuals with developmental disabilities and their growth and development.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency support to the Overnight Awake Staff to ensure health and safety during the hours of 11pm–9am.
• Sleep in a designated area within the house between 11:30pm and 6:00am.
