Job summary

Prime Inc. is hiring for a Café associate in Springfield, MO, to deliver friendly, efficient service for associates and drivers. You will prepare meals, stock the area, and operate the cash register in a busy on-site dining setting.

Responsibilities include food prep, ensuring safety and quality, maintaining clean workstations, and assisting with inventory. A strong work history and flexibility for overnights/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Flexible schedule and ability to work nights/weekends.
Must pass post-offer physical per company policy.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to associates.
Prepare a nutritionally adequate and varied diet for driving and non-driving associates.
Cook and prep meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items with kitchen equipment.
Carry pans, kettles and trays between work stations and storage areas.
Set up and stock work area following service standards.
Clean stations, restock items and manage supplies.
Operate electronic cash register and process transactions.
Clear and reset tables as needed during shifts.
Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of work area.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
