Job summary

ABM is seeking an Overnight Cabin Supervisor to oversee cleaning and maintenance at an airport facility. You will lead a janitorial team, assign tasks, and ensure areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with regulations. This shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate.

You’ll train staff, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and document performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial services.
• Experience in campus/aviation/large facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Perform custodial work when extra support is needed or in emergencies.
