Coreworks is hiring immediately for full time BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER positions at the Michigan Masonic location in Alma, MI. The role features overnight 12-hour shifts with a fixed pay rate of $20.03 per hour. Prior maintenance experience is preferred and training is available.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus.
• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Mows and trims lawns and shrubbery; clears debris.
• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming; gathers and empties trash; services, cleans, and supplies restrooms.
