Orbital Kitchens in Manhattan is seeking detail-oriented Courier Dispatchers for bike couriers, with part-time and full-time opportunities. You will create and manage routes for on-demand deliveries, oversee the pick-up area, and deliver excellent service to walk-in customers while coordinating with chefs, couriers, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in delivery services.
• Dispatching experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish & English preferred.
• Able and willing to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work weekends and 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Created and managed routes for on-demand bike courier deliveries.
• Oversee the pick-up area and deliver excellent service to walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispatcher and driver area.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, bike couriers, and operations teams.
• Embrace data and technology—use internal software and tools to analyze bike fleet operations and optimize delivery efficiency.
