Northstar Behavioral Health Network is hiring for a night-shift position with a 10p–8a schedule on Fri, Sat and Sun, or an alternating 10p–8a 7 on/7 off option. The role offers a $19/hour wage plus a $1000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or attain within 30 days of employment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of MN Statutes related to NBHN population and NBHN policies.
• Must understand and follow NBHN Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Administer client medications and document accordingly.
• Transport clients to and from appointments, intake pickups, discharge drop-offs, etc.
• Ensure all passengers in the vehicle are compliant, safe, and non-volatile.
• Assist counselors with intake/admission procedures and orientation.
• Complete clerical tasks such as faxing, copying materials, stocking forms, and updating spreadsheets.
• Assist in food preparation and household cleaning duties as needed.
• Adhere to attendance and shift-change policies and be punctual.
• Participate in rotational/off-shift schedules as applicable.
