Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician for the overnight shift in Concord, NC. The role involves direct client care, safety monitoring, and support during treatment environments to aid recovery journeys. Responsibilities include intakes, rounds, documentation, crisis intervention when needed, and transportation assistance.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED and CPR/AED/First Aid cert. CDL/driver status preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain on hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to problem-solve and respond in crisis situations.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intakes and support new admissions during overnight hours.
• Supervise and monitor clients during the night for safety and program compliance.
• Conduct regular rounds and document client observations accurately.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and required documentation.
• Provide assistance with client needs, including dietary or housekeeping support.
• Respond to client crises with appropriate intervention when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in line with facility standards.
• Provide transportation for clients when needed.
• Uphold therapeutic boundaries and professional ethics at all times.
• Complete required trainings and participate in staff development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
