Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member for flexible hours, including nights, with a $1.50/hour shift differential for overnight shifts. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and support food preparation and station maintenance in travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest.

The role includes stocking, food handling, and adherence to brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS system accurately and follow cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Clean, stock, and set up stations as needed.
• Process payments accurately at the POS.
• Prepare and serve quality food items and maintain food safety.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
