Job summary

Wegmans in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a part-time Baker to join the overnight team in the Bakery Department. You will help produce fresh bakery items and ensure they are available for daytime operations, meeting quality standards for customers. The role requires early shifts (as early as 12am) and weekend availability.

Prior customer service experience, especially in food service, is preferred. Wegmans offers competitive pay ($20.50–$21.50/hour) and a generous benefits package, plus a bonus

As a Baker, you’ll work with the overnight team to support the Bakery Department’s daytime operations by producing and ensuring the freshest bakery items are available for our customers. Required Qualifications:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery or retail setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience Baking, following recipes and working in a bakery with dough made from scratch

• Advanced organizational, mathematical and time management skills
