Wegmans in the Town of Amherst is seeking a dedicated bakery associate to join the overnight team and support daytime bakery operations, producing fresh items and ensuring availability for customers. You’ll help bake, slice, package, and label products, restock shelves, and assist with deliveries as needed, all while delivering the high level of service Wegmans is known for.

Qualifications

• Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Experience working in a Bakery.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible service to our customers.
• Bake products, take orders, and prepare items for display by slicing, packaging and labeling the products.
• Keep our shelves stocked with fresh items.
• May unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory.
