Terrapin House, Inc. in Malvern, PA is seeking a compassionate Weekend Overnight Caregiver to support a 21-year-old young man with autism in his family home.

This awake overnight role runs Fridays and Saturdays, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, offering meaningful, one-on-one care. You will remain alert throughout the shift, provide personal care including diaper changes, assist with comfort and safety, and follow established routines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repositioning and comfort needs as required

Weekend Overnight Caregiver (Awake Shift)

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive Overnight Caregiver to support a wonderful 21-year-old young man with autism and other disabilities in his family's home. You will be joining a supportive team and working with a family who values and appreciates the people who help care for their son. This is a welcoming, respectful home environment where caregivers are treated as important members of the team.

About the Role

This is an awake overnight position, meaning you must remain alert, attentive, and available throughout the entire shift. Most nights are quiet, but the right candidate will be prepared to provide support as needed to ensure comfort, safety, and a peaceful nighttime routine. You may need to change diapers and comfort him in the middle of the night.
