Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service or hospitality experience beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Verify and post charges to guest accounts and ensure correct room rates.
• Prepare reports and manage front desk systems at shift end.
• Balance revenue, handle cash/credit cards, and reset systems for next day.
• Assist guests with arrival/departure and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality of guest information.
