Kings Courtyard Inn in Charleston, SC is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual for a part-time night audit position. The right candidate must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm to 7am.

The night audit covers verifying charges on guest folios, posting daily room charges, processing deposits on future reservations, reconciling credit card charges, closing the batch, and posting charges to folios.

Qualifikationen

Must be comfortable working alone during the shift.
Ability to interact with guests in a cordial and congenial manner.
Detail-oriented and able to catch errors in the computer system.
Must be available for 11 pm–7 am shift on Fridays and Saturdays.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email, and multi-line phones.
Previous hotel or audit experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Charleston restaurants and events is preferred.

Aufgaben

Completing all steps of the night audit process.
Compiling and collating all night audit reports and delivering to necessary parties.
Preparing coffee service, collecting breakfast cards, delivering newspapers, and preparing morning concierge paperwork.
Answering all incoming calls and assisting with reservations, with recommendations as needed.
Handling all steps of check-in/check-out as concierge and bell.
Creating the housekeeping sheet from assignments sent by the housekeeping manager.
Ensuring building security and handling fire alarm procedures and non-guests at night.
Ensuring all public spaces are clean and orderly before shift end.
Informing daytime staff of potential problems and sending end-of-shift reports.
