Job summary

SCA Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Aseptic Cleaner to perform weekly and overnight sanitization of clean room manufacturing areas and material transfer, ensuring compliance with sterile regulations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include preparing cleaning agents, documenting activities, maintaining equipment, gowning, waste disposal, and supporting the cleanroom workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a sterile environment preferred.
• Must follow SOPs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and prepare cleaning agents per SOPs.
• Record daily/weekly cleaning activities with Good Documentation Practices.
• Perform weekly and overnight sanitization of classified and non-classified areas.
• Remove waste material from production areas promptly and sanitary.
• Maintain general housekeeping of working area and plant.
• Maintain cleaning equipment (PAPR’s included) and storage areas.
• Perform material sanitization with appropriate cleaning agents.
• Wipe material surfaces following procedures to ensure sanitization.
• Transfer materials during sanitization processes one tote at a time.
• Verify materials and documentation throughout processes.
• Document contact time using proper forms.
• Stock and maintain gowning materials.
• Follow production schedule to place the correct order in Laminar Air Flow Hood.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
