Overview

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as Night Auditors. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. This role involves checking in guests, providing information about the hotel and local area, and serving during the key hours from 11pm to 7am. If you enjoy engaging with people from around the world and making meaningful connections, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in hospitality.

Your Role
  • Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service with engagement and sincerity
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit, noting and fulfilling special requests, and providing accurate information
  • Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when needed
  • Promote and sell hotel programs
  • Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies
  • Maintain house bank
  • Generate, print, and distribute reports
  • Follow Night Audit procedures meticulously
  • Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty
  • Post charges, handle checks, safe deposits, and refunds according to set procedures
  • Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications

HOTEL AUDIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of hotel experience preferred
  • Experience in extended stay industry preferred
  • Strong reading and writing skills for records and guest info
  • Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
  • Professional communication skills
  • Basic math skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
