Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an Overhead Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering efforts on complex transmission projects. With minimal supervision, you will apply advanced engineering techniques, guide design teams, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery across multiple sites including Tualatin, OR.

You will develop, validate and present specialist outputs; mentor staff; manage budgets, schedules, and quality; and coordinate with clients and internal teams to align on key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and present specialist/technical outputs.
• Provide guidance and direction on design guides, standards, systems and BV policies.
• Manage budgets, schedules and quality requirements for projects and mentor staff.
