Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in transmission engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on design experience with overhead transmission lines and hardware.
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Innovate, identify gaps, and engineer solutions for grid reliability and modernization.
• Lead empirical research projects translating physics into practical guidelines.
• Apply advanced line design principles using modern modeling tools.
• Manage multi-disciplinary technical initiatives, budgets, and timelines.
• Present findings at industry events and lead workshops for utilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.
