Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Class B Lineman to construct and repair energized overhead distribution systems. You will travel to multiple job sites, including out-of-state locations, and report to the Foreman. Safety is a core focus while working with energized lines.

You must have 3 years of overhead line experience, a valid CDL, and be willing to travel and work extended hours. The role involves outdoor work in varying conditions and being part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of overhead line experience required.
• Valid CDL is required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• WorkExtended hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Climb structures using approved methods and equipment.
• Work at heights and near energized equipment with safety protocols.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks and other line equipment.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques.
• Respond to outages, storms and emergencies as part of on-call rotation.
