Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd. is seeking a Distribution Construction Coordinator to manage contractor resources for overhead distribution construction, maintenance, and restoration in North & West Texas, including the DFW area.

The role covers coordination between utility and contractor crews, ensuring staffing, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on overhead distribution experience at Crew Foreman level or above, strong communication and organizational skills, and the

Qualifications

  • Crew Foreman level or above required or equivalent experience.
  • Significant overhead distribution line experience is required.
  • Utility, electrical infrastructure, or utility contractor experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in an on-call/emergency restoration rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assign work to contractor crews and ensure adequate staffing and resources.
  • Monitor overhead distribution construction, restoration, safety, quality, and progress.
  • Track work and update project status in utility systems.
  • Coordinate switching orders, holds, clearances, materials, and construction documentation.
  • Review contractor performance and address field issues as needed.
  • Work with utility personnel, contractors, municipalities, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Travel to job sites throughout North and West Texas and support emergency restoration when required.
