Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal in Greeley, CO is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate. Openings include 1st shift (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:00 PM), 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 4:00 PM–12:00 AM), and 3rd shift (Tue-Sat 12 AM–8:00 AM). The role supports production, ensures inventory accuracy, and maintains a safe, organized workplace.

Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience, with monthly bonus potential, PTO, free healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test including THC.
• Possible job requirements will be picking/banding/stacking steel bundles, reading a tape measure, and operating equipment such as overhead cranes and sideloading forklift.

Responsibilities

• Support production by managing warehouse functions and maintaining inventory accuracy in a safe, organized environment.

High School or better in General Education.
