Job summary

Engineered Systems, Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking experienced Installers to join our growing team.

Pay ranges from $22/hr to $31/hr depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for travel within the Southeast. You will work with a collaborative team to erect and install overhead iron structures, read blueprints, operate heavy equipment, and ensure timely project completion while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience erecting and connecting steel beams.
• Ability to work at heights and in various temperatures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Skilled with heavy equipment such as Lulls, forklifts, scissor lifts.
• Availability to travel within the southeast.
• Ability to lift, push/pull 50lbs routinely.

Responsibilities

• Erect, install, and connect iron/steel structures as part of a team.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine layout of ironwork.
• Operate heavy equipment to install beams, columns and components.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
