LG Electronics USA is hiring for a second-shift die/press technician. Responsibilities include troubleshooting die/press issues, performing PMs on stamping dies, and operating manual tools and equipment.

Candidates should read, write, and speak English, and be able to work with precision and safety in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive benefits for full-time employees and a competitive $20 per hour wage.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math skills required.
• Ability to use precise measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate standard tool room equipment.
• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Adherence to safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Troubleshoot die/press problems in production.
• Perform PM on stamping dies, progressive and blanking.
• Operate presses and learn new processes.
• Experience with overhead crane operation.
• Experience with forklift operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
