Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill using a computer for word processing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assists teacher in identifying student needs.
• Provides tutorial assistance for students in all classes.
• Prepares instruction and supplementary materials.
• Keeps records and checks papers/workbooks/homework/tests.
• Assists students with makeup work and maintains confidentiality.
• Supervises students in the classroom and may transport students if required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION LEVEL:

Two years post high school education or higher, or be able to pass a standardized test approved by the state of South Dakota.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires constant hand-eye, mind-eye coordination, hearing; intermittent holding, repetitive motions with wrists, hands, fingers, opening, pulling, reaching, sitting, sorting, speaking, talking, turning and writing. Frequent bending over, carrying, filing, grasping, keyboarding and stooping are required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

PAY INFORMATION

Starting at $18.42 per hour
