This leadership role oversees delivery of outsourced accounting services, manages client relationships, leads domestic and offshore team members, and ensures timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with management within a public accounting firm.
• Experience delivering outsourced accounting, client accounting advisory, or controllership services.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of outsourced accounting services and financial reporting for a portfolio of client engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members.
• Oversee client onboarding activities, including system setup, project planning, and process implementation.
• Review management reporting packages, financial statements, reconciliations, and other client deliverables.
• Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and management reporting.
• Monitor engagement performance, resource utilization, work-in-progress, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify process improvements and technology-driven efficiencies.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality, timeliness, and exceptional client service.
• Support the implementation of new accounting technologies and special projects as needed.
