Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring for outdoor, active roles in Minnesota. You’ll assist customers, unload trucks, and move products to the sales floor. Flexible day/evening shifts with part-time and full-time positions.

No experience needed—training provided, potential for internal advancement, and benefits including health coverage for full-time and part-time, employee store discount, and paid on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding and loading products.
• Operate motorized equipment to unload trucks with incoming freight.
• Organize incoming product to move to the sales floor.
• Keep the outside yard and warehouse clean and organized.
• Work with your team to keep product moving efficiently.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What You’ll Do
