Job summary

Menards is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member for part-time shifts at our Bay City location. You will load and unload trucks, move incoming product to the sales floor, and assist customers to keep our service fast and friendly.

This role also supports merchandise flow and team collaboration in a busy retail environment. This position offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, a store discount, and a weekend pay premium of $3 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment and help move products to the sales floor.
• Assist customers and support Sales Department to maintain a friendly, efficient service.
