Menards Inc. is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member in a part-time role. You will be part of a friendly retail team that helps keep the outside yard running smoothly, assists customers, and supports the sales floor with product movement.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks with motorized equipment and ensuring timely placement of merchandise. Immediate openings with on-the-job training and opportunities for profit sharing and store discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to safety and procedures while loading/unloading goods.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and support Sales Departments in the Outside Yard.
• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment.
• Move incoming product to the Sales Floor and help keep areas organized.
