Menards is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member in a full-time capacity. You will help load and unload trucks, transport products, and support sales on the floor to ensure a fast, friendly customer experience.

The role includes handling motorized equipment, assisting customers, and contributing to a promote-from-within culture with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset to assist customers and support sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn loading/unloading procedures with motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment.
• Assist customers and support Sales Departments on the floor.
• Help get incoming product to the Sales Floor and maintain Outside Yard & Receiving area.
