ABM is seeking a reliable Sit-Down Forklift Operator to manage loading, moving materials, and trash/cardboard清 during outdoor shifts in all weather. You will operate a propane-powered sit-down forklift, bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and tow tractors to keep production moving.

Responsibilities include following work orders, loading trailers, applying straps and labels, transporting buggies, and performing general cleanup tasks. Must be 18+ and able to work outside in varying conditions.

Formación

• Experience as a sit-down forklift operator.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

• Use computer, read work orders, or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Load materials and/or buggies into trailers and/or trucks.
• Install strapping or chains to prevent shifting or damage while in transit.
• Print necessary labels and manifests.
• Transport buggies from work sites to designated area.
• Load and unload full or empty buggies.
• Use computer to keep a current list of available buggies.
• Perform janitorial duties such as emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and scrubbing floors.
