Job summary

Arcis Golf at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Team Member to assist members with golf bags and carts, maintain the bag storage system, and ensure carts and range balls are well organized for guest play.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for service, with a flexible schedule and inclusively focused team culture across our clubs and courses.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, club cleaning services, and maintains bag storage system.
• Provides carts for member and guest play by bringing them to cart staging area, and returning them to cart storage free of debris, towels, and scorecards.
• Operates equipment to retrieve range balls, and arranges baskets and range balls in accordance with approved club standards.
