Arcis Golf Kokopelli Golf Club - Gilbert, AZ is looking for team members to join the Golf Operations team. From the moment guests arrive, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with golf bags and carts, and help maintain the driving range and course areas.

You’ll greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude, stay busy, and take pride in creating a positive experience for every member and guest while keeping areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests from arrival to departure.
• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional, welcoming manner.
• Assist with golf bags, including loading and unloading onto carts.
• Provide club cleaning services and keep work area organized.
• Prepare golf carts for play by staging in the cart area.
• Return carts to storage, keeping them clean for the next round.
• Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and maintain the driving range.
• Wash and organize range balls and baskets per club standards.
• Be attentive to member/guest needs and proactively improve the experience.
• Stay active and productive; seek the next task when one is done.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf environment at all times.

Join Our Golf Operations Team!

On the Job

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave the property.
• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
• Assist members and guests with golf bags, including loading and unloading bags onto carts.
• Provide club cleaning services and help maintain an organized work area.
• Prepare golf carts for member and guest play by staging them in the designated cart area.
• Return carts to storage clean and ready for the next round, removing debris, towels, scorecards, and other items.
• Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and maintain the driving range.
• Wash, organize, and arrange range balls and baskets according to club standards.
• Be attentive to the needs of members and guests and take initiative to create a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Stay active and productive throughout your shift. When one task is complete, look for the next opportunity to assist a guest, support the team, clean, organize, or improve the operation.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming golf environment at all times.
