Job summary

Skyworks LLC is seeking a driven Equipment Rental Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Metro Detroit market. You will build relationships with customers, identify needs, and promote rental and purchase solutions.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience in equipment rental, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally are required.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

Skyworks is a leader in equipment rental solutions, with top-tier service and high-quality construction rental equipment. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Equipment Rental Sales Representative to join our team, to help expand our reach and build our brand in the Metro Detroit market.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers to drive equipment rental and purchase sales
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
• Maintain knowledge of rental inventory and pricing structures
• Generate quotes and close the rental deals
• Collaborate with service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement

• Proven sales experience in the equipment rental or related industry in one of our Metro Detroit territories
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
