Shentel, in partnership with Glo Fiber, is hiring a Outside Sales Representative to grow the customer base in the Washington, DC area. You will present fiber internet options, visit homes, and close deals with a mix of base salary and uncapped commissions.

Compensation

About the Role

As a Glo Fiber Outside Sales Representative, you'll represent our brand in the community by connecting directly with customers at their homes and helping them connect to high-speed fiber internet. You'll build relationships, guide customers through their options, and take ownership of your assigned territory while working independently in the field.

What to Expect Day-to-Day

• Face-to-face customer engagement in your territory
• Identifying needs and presenting Glo Fiber services
• Building relationships and growing your customer base
• Meeting sales goals through outreach and follow-up
• Traveling locally and working outdoors
