UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility services, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Washington DC area. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service contracts, maintain CRM, and collaborate with service teams.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a local travel requirement, and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have 0-2+ years in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a driven, coachable

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses
• Annual Range $52,000-120,000

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
