Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Ypslinati, MI, United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) to promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers.

You will focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, making cold calls, and securing long-term supply agreements while improving gross profit. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree, with 5–7 years of sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 5-7 years of sales experience required; defined sales process experience recommended.
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience preferred.
• Oil & Gas industry experience a plus.

What you will enjoy doing

• You will promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships
• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, both onsite and via phone
• You will be responsible for improving gross profit and securing new business opportunities
• Help enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
• Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements
• You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data

What Makes You Great

• You should have at least a High School Diploma / GED
• And you have obtained a Bachelor's Degree or higher
• You should have at least five to seven (5-7) years of sales experience
• Prior sales success and defined sales process is critical for this role
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience is preferred, and Oil & Gas industry is a plus
