UniFirst is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the South Bend, IN area to drive new business growth. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients, building lasting relationships and expanding the customer base.

The role offers a base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus car allowance and benefits. A valid driver's license is required and a reliable vehicle is expected.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supplies, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with willingness to take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across an assigned territory by cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for programs in uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding

Qualifications
