3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. You will manage your schedule and appointments with company-provided leads and training.

Earn uncapped commissions with an average of $70K–$100K+ potential and opportunities to grow within a national brand. Training is provided, along with tools like a laptop and product samples, and full benefits after joining.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office
