The Assurance Group (TAG) is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Little Rock to sell life, health, and fixed index annuities to clients in person. Fresh leads are provided and a reliable vehicle is required for client visits in the Little Rock area.

Experience is welcome but not required; comprehensive training and real-time support are provided. Expect uncapped commissions and a collaborative, agent-centric sales community.

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
