Job summary

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to cover the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. You will visit customer job sites and offices, identify needs, provide solutions, and grow our presence in the construction fastener industry.

This field-based role requires daily travel within the territory, and you will be the face of TFC in the market, building relationships with existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities to expand Arizona’s territory.

Qualifications

• Self-starting, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a geographic territory effectively and independently.
• Prior sales experience, especially in construction or industrial markets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Are you a bilingual driven, entrepreneurial professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. In this role, you’ll be the face of TFC in your market territory — visiting customer job sites and offices to identify needs, provide solutions, and grow our presence in the construction fastener industry. This is lucrative greenfield location where the Sales Representative has the opportunity to build the Arizona territory with some of our most profitable established customers.

This is a field-based position requiring daily travel within your territory.
