Global Payments Inc. in Fresno invites an ambitious B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the Genius team. You’ll own the full sales cycle, engage business owners, and present value-driven solutions that optimize payments workflows.

Base salary is $50,000 per year with on-target earnings of $90,000–$150,000, plus residual income and performance-based incentives across your territory. Join a global organization focused on growth and impact.

What You Bring

• At least one year of success in B2B or business‑to‑consumer (B2C) outside sales, with a track record of delivering results


• Strong ability to communicate, present and negotiate, both in person and virtually


• Confidence building relationships quickly and earning trust with business owners


• A competitive, self‑driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals


• Ability to think like a client and connect solutions to real business outcomes


• Valid driver’s license and comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field


• Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive

It’s a bonus if you have

• A proven ability to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades.


• Experience working with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.


• Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant services or Saas.

Compensation

• Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build.


• Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-150 plus


• Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.
