Devine Business Group is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to join as an independent contractor. You will build relationships with local business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and mentor new teammates while earning from commissions and bonuses.

This role offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities. Location is in-person with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend work as needed.

Qualifikationen

Job Details:

• Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 per year (weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions & bonuses)
