Devine Business Group is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to drive growth, mentor new team members, and close strategic deals in a hands-on, in-person role. You’ll earn 85k–95k per year with weekly draw pay and uncapped commissions, plus bonuses and incentives.

This independent contractor position emphasizes leadership, training, and community impact, with a schedule Monday–Friday and weekends as needed. Location is in-person with local business audiences.
