Job summary

AC0-US is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Savannah, GA. You will drive sales growth and brand presence across assigned stores, promoting CPG products and maintaining in-store displays.

Role requires traveling within the territory, building strong customer relationships, and meeting dynamic sales targets while ensuring merchandising standards and reporting are up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in outside sales, retail or field sales and/or territory/route sales & merchandising preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently with remote supervision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CPG products and merchandising within territory.
• Build relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to grow in-store sales.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products and launches.
• Inform management of store issues and market trends.
• Ensure full product distribution in all accounts.
• Document activities including sales results and observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description and Requirements

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and Danone brand presence within an assigned territory by engaging customers, performing sales and merchandising activities, while building strong relationships. This role focuses on achieving dynamic sales targets, increasing product distribution, supporting and maintaining promotional and display presence and delivering positive customer experience in a field-based environment.

What You'll Do:

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Physical ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales, and/or territory/route sales & merchandising.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
