Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow a home services territory in the United States. This full-time, W-2 role offers uncapped earning potential with strong training and internal advancement opportunities.

You will travel within your sales territory to perform in-home inspections, leverage pre-qualified leads, educate homeowners on issues, present proposals, and close sales while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission, B2C or in-home sales environments is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on available solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales pipeline.
• Report to the home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections


• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business


• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options


• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals


• Close sales with customers in the home


• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline


• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings

What You Bring

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction


• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
