Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife management services. You will identify new opportunities, present tailored solutions, and build lasting client relationships through the full service cycle.

You will travel to assigned territories, inspect properties, and present detailed proposals using templates while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, preferably in pest control or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory and develop new business.
• Present and close detailed wildlife removal proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality from consultation to completion.
• Follow up with customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative at Trutech Wildlife Service, you drive business growth by prospecting, developing relationships, and delivering solutions to residential and commercial customers. You assess customer needs, recommend humane and effective wildlife services, and partner with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience from initial consultation through service completion.

What does a day in the life look like?

• Spend most of your day in your territory responding to and prospecting new leads
• Conduct interior and exterior property inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces).
• Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services using existing proposal templates
• Build on existing leads by self‑generating new opportunities. If a home or business has a pest problem, chances are the neighbor does too!
• Follow up relentlessly to close deals, collect payments, and re‑engage past prospects and customers.

What do you need to be successful?

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be available to travel up to 10%
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date
• A hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route‑based businesses)
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications

We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must be able to drive to various locations, often covering large territories
• Frequent walking, standing, and moving through diverse types of terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and sometimes slippery or muddy areas
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.)
• Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders safely
• Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch frequently
