Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Omaha to drive growth in digital marketing solutions with a base salary and uncapped commissions. You will sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO in a hybrid home-office and field role.

You will undergo 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, with clear career paths and ongoing company support. Year 1 OTE $80k–$90k; Year 2 OTE $104k–$122k.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outside sales experience, preferably in marketing or digital services.
• Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a collaborative selling model.
• Conduct cold calls and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments.
• Grow your book of business by acquiring and retaining clients with strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and clients.

• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
