Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Delaware/USA to sell digital marketing solutions, manage a designated territory, and build a growing book of business with uncapped commissions and a base salary plus full benefits. You will receive best-in-class training and ongoing support in a hybrid home-office and field environment.

The role emphasizes prospecting, presentations, and strong relationship building with small businesses, backed by a clear career path and performance incentives.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$109,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $104,000 - $122,000.
